The meals are family style meals served in a convenient to-go format. They both recalled how meals were slowly prepared and cooked (by hand) back in the day.

They envisioned a community restaurant that offers traditional wholesome family style meals which are prepared in the manner of the bygone days (where meals where prepared with wholesome ingredients and cooked slowly) yet offered in a convenient to go format.

The children got involved and expanded the menu. Albert, Veronica, Melvyn Jr. and Mike continue to add their Mexican and Cuban favorites to the menu to the day; thus making the menu fresh and exciting while maintaining the original popular Rotisserie chicken as the signature dish.
